We offer pre-finished interior wall sections/partitions as a time-saving option over typicalwood-frame plywood-sheeted wall construction that the builder would fabricate. Using the same materials and assembly techniques as the cabin wall sections, you can have your interior partitions done and finished in a few hours. The price s below reflect the materials package for the suggested floor plans for each of our cabin designs, as well as a per-foot price for the wall materials if you choose a different interior plan

Yes, this material is pricey. However it is, for all intents and purposes, an instant wall, finished and painted both sides and matching the cabin sidewalls.. In half a day, you can have all interior wall partitions completed. However, you'll save considerable money by going the 2" stick-built plywood sheeted wall sections. You'll also have a considerable amount of additional time invested.
As to the interior doors, our build assist resource provides detailed guidance as to where to obtain and how to assemble the interior doors for the head enclosure and storage lockers.
We offer a deck rail/gate materials package that is easy to assemble and follows the design theme of the cabin. In addition to the panel parts, gate hinges and latches are included. This pricing reflects 6 feet of forward deck length with 2 gates and 4 feet of aft deck length with one gate. The aft rail design is subject to outboard motor well and fuel tank locations. Price- $1,950
Other rail/gate options
FenceForPontoons.com offers replacement rail packages that can be custom built for your project. As a comparison, their basic 12 ft rail package is priced at $1,935.
On prior builds, we have installed welded rail/gate systems using 1" square aluminum tube with no kick panel, as was installed on the boat shown on the home page. This type of railing would be comparable in price to other options above.
You can modify the rail/gate systems that you remove from your existing pontoon boat for both forward and aft deck locations.
Our 22 inch wide control console, built of wood and aluminum/composite, provides plenty of room to install all needed systems and controls. Priced at $600
The materials to build the galley cabinets (less the plywood countertop), as shown in our current demo boat, will be included at no cost. The build guide will provided drawings and assembly information.

The standard roof overhang is 18 inches forward and 6 inches aft. Additional roof overhang is priced at $95 per foot.. Support struts quoted per design.
